Do you ever find yourself in a bad mood and you don't really know why? Do you ever have a bad day and no matter how hard you try, you can't seem to escape the depressing mood? Well, I certainly have and was pleasantly surprised to find a remedy to this situation.

While reading The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, the author talks about Secret shifters. A secret shifter is something that makes you smile. It could be a moment with your spouse, a childhood memory, a funny situation, a child being born, etc. The idea is to think about this “shifter” whenever you feel yourself slipping into a bad mood. I can tell you that this simple technique definitely works! Has anyone else tried this? What are some of your “secret shifters”?
